only ones i see online (v6 sites) its just not worth buying used. tell him to go through thunder racing, its the cheapest.

you just wont save enough money to make it worth it. if he really wants to save money, just tell him to remove the air silencer, use straight tubing, and then smooth down all of the baffles on the inside of the stock lid.
this isnt as good as a whisper lid, but its basically free. i think the whisper lids run $100 from thunder racing.
